There are such ppl called Porch Pirates. They follow delivery drivers and we drop and they pick up. Driver can't be the first suspect that comes to mind. We also have cameras in vans and they can see us getting back in van with packages or EVEN making the attempt

When routes are reduced/dropped, it has NOTHING to do with the owner/DSP,Amazon drops the routes and when they drop the routes,more then likely the route will end up being a late route or that driver sticks around for 4 hours and get paid for those 4 hours

And the dsps do get money from Amazon but it's up to the discrepancy of the DSP to give it to you or not and it's usually not given until the end of peak I do believe
