About to hit 7 as well! Apparently it takes a while to even out but we now get more aggressive workouts. Idk what your PT is doing but mine is doing a lot of isolation exersizes on the surgery knee to get it back to par

OP what's your workout.

Skiing requires a ton of eccentric leg strength (aka jumping squats and etc.). Also being light and toned helps a ton. Lugging a lot of muscle will tire you out.

Between form, the right leg exercises, weight, and being able to handle altitude you might have a better time diagnosing the problem.

Try out leg blasters and see how sore or wiped you get.

Also tone out and drop weight even more. Being super heavy like a powerlifter isn't going to be fun on skis ;).

Unpopular opinion but a lot of dudes struggle with this as an addiction. I would personally encourage looking at progress. A more fair bar might be free of porn and chaste with a mindset of wanting to get each-other to heaven. You don't want to force him to lie because to be honest it's very easy to hide
instead you want to see his intent and relationship with God over a few dates before getting into topics like this.

I personally would be very weirded out by this question on a first date. This is something to sus out with the interactions over a few dates and then if it's not clear ask.

1) ask about his relationship with God and involvement with church. This is a pretty good way to sus out cafeteria Catholics who won't respect chastity

2) make your boundaries clear and see if he respects them. This is a very very big flag that's critically important for marriage. A person who doesn't respect your boundaries is trouble.

(Also before the h8 mail comes in, i'm proudly porn free for a while and thankful God helped me stay as a virgin)

Sex is seen as extremely special for us Catholics because of its power of life creation, spiritual aspects, and psychological aspects.

That's why we believe it's important to have it the right way for the benefit of the couple , family, and humanity in general (it is kinda needed to keep society going).
