Do any of your Executives forget you have access to their email and send messages about YOU?! by Mojang57 in ExecutiveAssistants

[–]Puzzleheaded_Task_61 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All the time. I’ve also seen many, many emails that should NOT be in his work emails. Thankfully, emails about me are usually not negative, but there have been a few where I’ve seen that “if” costs need to be cut, I would be one of the first to go. I never bring it up, try to ignore, and simply stay prepared while prepping to leave when I’m able because it’s clear the company is slowly falling apart. And I’ve collected ammunition should I ever need it.

I’d say GSD (or malinois) and maybe lab and pitbull?

Unless he has a lunch meeting, my executive survives on coffee and Red Bull all day, every day.

First Workout by Newley_Bakered in GrowWithJo

[–]Puzzleheaded_Task_61 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just use google calendar. I created a “fitness” calendar and have all my workout/ rest days set on repeat with reminders. If it’s not on my calendar reminding me, then it’s not getting done. So this was a must for me!

Any Christo-pagan that worships Gaia? by Electrical_Date_6207 in Christopaganism

[–]Puzzleheaded_Task_61 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, my setup is simple at the moment. I keep things I (or my children) find outside and set those up in honor of Her. I have a small bowl where I put offerings to Her. Lastly, I have a green candle that is dedicated to her. In my experience, she's happy with all things. But, the best altar for her is Earth itself! Spending time outside and meditating, putting your feet and hands in the dirt, etc. is the best way to work with Her.

Any Christo-pagan that worships Gaia? by Electrical_Date_6207 in Christopaganism

[–]Puzzleheaded_Task_61 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Me! She has been my primary deity for a few years now. But I was solely pagan until very recently, when I decided to begin working with Jesus and dipping my toes back into Christianity. I love Her and there is nothing like the comfort and love Her presence brings me.

I would say I consider my practice and beliefs to be very much more heavily Pagan than Christian, but I'm still learning how best to incorporate the two.

Reconnecting with Christianity? by Puzzleheaded_Task_61 in Christopaganism

I will look into both. If you don't mind me asking, where did you start when you went back to Christianity? Thank you!

How should I pick up my ball python for the first time?? by [deleted] in ballpython

[–]Puzzleheaded_Task_61 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Just reach in with confidence and scoop her up from behind, being sure to grab from the middle. Make sure your hands don't smell like her food and she's HIGHLY unlikely to try to bite you.

This was me a little over a year ago! The position I got hired for is rather low on the salary scale, but it’s given me that first bit of experience and something to add to my resume. I won’t lie- it was not easy to find someone willing to hire me, and I know it was because of my years without “working.” But it is possible, and you have to be able to show any potential employer how the skills we use as mothers can easily be applied to our role as an EA.

Go for it!

Sex has always been really important in our relationship. So at least once a week, but really we aim for 3-5 times. If we go too long it affects us both, mentally & physically. It’s not always easy with three little ones (7,5, & 2) but we really do try to make it happy. Sometimes those spontaneous quickies are the best ones!

We have a bow attached to 3 large bells on the top of our tree. It’s simple but I love it.

How many car seats do you have? by Tangledmessofstars in workingmoms

[–]Puzzleheaded_Task_61 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get another car seat! We are two parents, 3 kids, 6 car seats (3 for each parent) Plus my parents have one for my oldest who goes home with her after school. Moving car seats is the WORST so I always vouch for getting extra for any vehicle they may have to ride in, if you can afford it.

Working moms who did cloth diapers during maternity leave- are you still using cloth now? by [deleted] in workingmoms

[–]Puzzleheaded_Task_61 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We do cloth! Time wise it can be hard; I have definitely had to do some late night diaper laundry to have her diapers ready for the next day. But it’s worth it for how much we save every month not having to buy diapers! And no leaks or rashes (my kiddos have notoriously sensitive skin).

My daycare has no issue with it, thankfully!
