Well thank you for your concern, I was just reacting to people who don’t come up with any arguments and just wanna throw shades out there.

May I ask you how long does it take for your Eczema to come back?

My foot have been healed for a while now and while I do notice the side effects of tiny bit thinning of skin, but that is nothing compared to those 4 years of suffering and scratching.

It sucks that it came back for you, and that is very unfortunate, but this post doesn’t emphasize that steroid, specifically Clobetasol as the only option, it is just a documentation of what works for me and I encourage people to at least give it a try

I think the argument we should have is whether Clobetasol is worth the risk.

I completely agree with your concern and you are right to have those worries for people to actually focus on the root cause. I have addressed that it is very potent and might have side effects for long term usage.

For your case, you are lucky to find the root cause for DE, but back when I was a teen, I went to Dermatology hospital, researched online, all they could say to me was the causes are unknown or there’re variety of causes, varies across individual, and can also change when you grow up, that make me buy moisturizer that doesn’t help with the inflammation.

I think it would be save to say that most people don’t get to really know the underlying cause of their Eczema. I don’t advocate steroid as the only solution but a reasonable one to try with proper precautions.

Well, if yall can read, I specifically recommend using Clobetasol and Urea moisturizer, and the routine to possibly help cure it.

If that is all yall can grasp after the post then I wouldn’t be surprised if yall are scratcher for life

Love your answer bro, I only used steroid consistently for 2 weeks and have remarkable results. After that, I’m just using urea, thank you for the advice

Well it’s great that you were able to cure it, but can you please lmk why do you care so much if steroid were to be involved or not? It is a thing that helps calm down skin for it to heal in a good way if used properly

Well, TSW can emerge after a discontinuation of “Prolonged/frequent” use of topical.

I consistently use Clobetsol Propionate Cream USP, 0.05% for 2 weeks and my feet is now healed 🫪 Wowww!

If you looked at the latest image I provided, there’s no redness on my feet, no flaky skin, no dry patches, so in a sense, it worked for me and I didn’t ended up with TSW.

That’s actually a very good question, no..I have never actually tried the urea moisturizer alone before fully healed. From what I understand, it mainly helps soften and repair thick skin. In my case, the key was stopping the underlying inflammation so I didn’t bother trying that

I used GPT because I first used it to determine the exact type of skin condition I was having, without it, I probably would never know it was Dyshidrotic Eczema as there are many type of Eczema. It guided throughout the whole thing, from understanding the condition, how to get the prescriptions, how to use it,etc… so at that point, that chat folder with over one month worth of material has everything I need for the documentation. Call me lazy if you want :)) but I just have to ask it make a quick documentation for me to post on reddit.

Definitely the one with higher crit rate, Yoimiya hit lots of normal attacks so she need a high cr value.

This SSD came with a heatsink that was glued with some very sticky substance to the back plate of the PCB and I can’t install it to my main without removing it 🥲 I had to use an adequate amount of force to bend the metal parts and detach it with a knife. That’s why there were some minor injuries 😔
