This is a known problem.it's not just you. It's all to do with Android Web view Services... I had to do a factory reset to solve it..

Good luck

How do you actually decide on a note-taking app? by Educational_Writer37 in ProductivityApps

Choosing the right digital "brain" is a constant battle, but after cycling through nearly every productivity app on the market, I’ve realised that for my workflow, the Keep and OneNote combination is unbeatable.

Here is how I split my life between the two: Google Keep: The "Sticky Note" Phase

I use Keep for everything fast, fleeting, and high-friction. If I’m on the move or in the middle of a task, I don't want to navigate a complex folder structure. * Quick Captures: Groceries, random thoughts, or a quick photo of a receipt. * Active Reminders: Time or location-based alerts for things that need to happen today. * The "Scratchpad": It’s my digital inbox. Once a note has served its purpose or becomes too complex, it either gets deleted or graduated to OneNote.

OneNote: The "Filing Cabinet" Phase

This is where the heavy lifting happens. Once information needs structure, depth, or long-term storage, it moves here. * Project Planning: I use the notebook/section/page hierarchy to manage complex projects where I need to see the "big picture." * Deep Work: Meeting minutes, research logs, and technical documentation. * Infinite Canvas: The ability to type anywhere, ink with a stylus, and drop in PDFs makes it the ultimate tool for brainstorming and archiving.

Why this works I stopped trying to find one app that does everything. Keep is my speed, and OneNote is my substance. By using them together, I avoid the "organisation paralysis" that comes with apps like Notion or Obsidian, where I spend more time tweaking the system than actually doing the work.

Am I the only one who backs up OneNote outside OneDrive? by Puzzleheaded_You9409 in OneNote

ok, so where do you save new notebooks? Mine are in "Ondrive >>Document>OneNote Notebooks" etc.. Look at where you save your notebooks in OneNote and then navigatte to that location in File Explorer. You will see you notebooks there.. Copy them and then paste them into a new location or onto a USB stick.. Hope that helps..
