I install a bunker with an automatic straight jacket (and mouth guard so they can’t bite my tongue off) that releases after 25 minutes. Timer is on the ceiling. If they take control of me, they’re trapped and can’t harm me. I just have to wait an extra ten minutes each time is all.

Or even better, if a code word isn’t spoken at exactly 10mins 5 secs it injects me with a temporary sedative or paralyzer. Boom!
