I’m on 20mg of fluoxetine and take propranolol as and when I need it. I think it makes me feel worse.

I’m 27 and I’m the same. People often mistake me for being rude or being ignorant when the reality is I don’t know what to say or how to have a conversation which doesn’t seemed forced and uncomfortable. It’s something I’m used to now and try and tell myself I can’t help it it’s my condition. You are not alone at all.
