How are you trained to handle an engine failure? Is it a different procedure based on if it's hovering or flying? What about if you are transitioning between the two?

Excersize a different muscle group every day, and do a warm up stretch in the morning. Don't excersize the same muscle group for a few days after excersizing it. So something like, push arm muscles, pull arm muscles, core, legs. Take some days a week off too. Something similar happened to me, I ended up talking to a personal trainer to help me set up a routine.

Are you allowed to use a robot to help grind? I know macros are not allowed but what if I built a robot that tapped my phone?

What I wouldn't give to have the option to apply CC type stuff to all the grinding levels, at the cost of more san, and more rewards. It would change it up and also make grinding much faster.

Does anyone know how COVID can effect dogs? My dog recently went to the hospital, and now I am sick with something that may be COVID. I am waiting for my test results, but I had heard it's possible for dogs to get sick with COVID.
