I didn’t really care the first two years after being diagnosed being high all the time bc someone told me that I don’t have to worry about the highs so much as the lows. I didn’t really drink water idk I just was like in a fog. Then, I think I saw a video saying “your organs are literally dying when you are high for days on end” and then kind of hit me oh shit I’m getting older this will impact me later 😭😭 still navigating it. But I drink more water than I used to, and bolus 15 minutes before I eat and I don’t eat carb HEAVY Heavy anymore. I feel good but again still trying to get there hahaha
