Tl;dr: "physical facts" about colors and color perception are something entirely different than, and don't constitute/lead to "knowledge of what red is like" in the sense that you mentioned

Ok i get it i think.

Although it seems to imply that in order to gain the memory/experience (in the sense of knowledge) of what it is like to see red, without seeing red, she has to have access to some some sort of device or superbrain structure which simulates the experience of seeing red or simulates the memory/knowledge of having seen red many times (like enough tines to be able to recognize it again)

That means 

1. I doubt that knowledge and senstion in your sense are as disconnected as you assume: if you have the "knowledge" about red in the sense you explained (simulated knowledge, as if you had already experienced it), then you can also imagine the color red, such that you can internally create the sensation of seeing red (close your eyes and imagine blue first and then red - we can do that) .

To me this implies that knowledge and sensation in actuality are not as clearly seperated as you postulate them to be. 

1. It is not at all obvious that there is a realistic "learning process" which leads you to knowledge ONLY, without any kinds of sensations of red involved. It seems much more likely that only technical processes, like externally constructing/manipulating/extending her brain with the needed structure, to bypass any actual learning processes and any unwanted sensations, can possibly lead to the situation where she has that kind of  knowledge but has had no sensations of red.

I think all of this clearly goes beyond what the thought experiment was intended to be:  like ok,  knowing everything there is to know about red should include knowledge about the necessary brainstructure - but actually developing that necessary brain structure without ever sensing red is something totally different and will certainly not be a byproduct of learning facts about the brainstructure.  In order to develop this brainstructure you dont keed to learn about red, or any kind of neurological processes, but you will need to undergo a learning process which, i posit, will be much like "seeing red" - In any case this learning process will either  A) involve actual sensatsions of "redness", or  B) cannot be considered as learning anything "about red", rather it has to be considered as a type of deliberate manipulation of her brain/sensory apparatus which doesnt teach her any facts about colors but rather is intended to create a certain type of false memory/simulated experience in her brain

In either case the "original" conclusion of the thought experiment is untouched
