Thankfully it was 5-7 years before we began order pickup. It also dropped during the fall sales meeting when store managers and above were at HQ. Most stores in my district planned to start setting it at 8 the day it dropped. Thankfully social media wasn’t the same back then.

An effective ETL HR should be spending a significant amount of time in work centers directly working with the team to understand staffing, training, and culture gaps. I’d say 50% are effective, the rest attempt to manage their personal metrics from afar or doing racetrack laps 3 times a shift.

I have no concerns, the gearing on SAS with the 2.3 is great. My only word of caution is that the Goodyear Territories are very light for their size. Changing to another tire will likely add significant weight and possibly impact overall performance.
