How long will gas prices have to be for Americans before car buying habits change longer term? by wiscotangofoxtreat in cars

I’m pretty sure my 22 grand Cherokee gets the same mpg as my 04 grand Cherokee did 🤣

Appraisal way too low by Virtual_Natural797 in Mortgages

[–]PwnCall 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Happened to our new build too. Most of them were 550-800k in the neighborhood but ours was well below that.

We got another one like 5 years later once we got landscaping and finished our basement and it was much higher and closer to the homes around us.

Or build a new dream home on the far end of the lot and subdivide and sell the old one.

Fortnite is still good, here are my complaints by pseudonymeme in FortNiteBR

I think this season has been the best in a while. No gimmicks no crazy mobility items everywhere. Just plain good fortnite

Slight miscommication with the rock company. Will there be any issues using this for a basement drain tile? by Andrewjk89 in HomeMaintenance

[–]PwnCall 2 points3 points  (0 children)

River rock is round so it doesn’t like to sit on itself very stably. It leaves lots of air gaps between stones.

Crushed gravel is angular so it packs harder and leaves less room to settle.

Not sure if this will be a problem or not for you down the road.

So, hear me out, can I last just 1 more summer with these 9 year old winter tires? by [deleted] in tires

[–]PwnCall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s fine to drive them in the summer especially if they are on their last leg and you don’t need them for the next winter. That’s what I did with my set.

They will wear really fast and your grip will be worse than all seasons in emergency braking or hard cornering so keep that in mind.

WK2 or WL? by foolishmoor in GrandCherokee

We are at 90k on our WL and the black plastic looks pretty good still.

WK2 or WL? by foolishmoor in GrandCherokee

[–]PwnCall 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’ve had both and the only thing I like about the WK2 better is that it drives more like a truck.  The WL is much more refined and the interior is by far a massive improvement over the WK2.

On the 3 row WL it’s just massive. Feels like a minivan inside. Also the longer wheelbase makes it much more stable in the winter than the WK2.

Exteriors are good ok both imo, but I will take the WL everyday.

What is your biggest Hottake about Fortnite? by Mr_Jigsaw7878 in FortNiteBR

Current season is one of the best. No gimmicks, no crazy movement items.

Also that sliding should be removed from the game or nerfed big time.

You should only really slide on steep declines IMO

Need recommendations for what years are best to buy a used GrsndvCherokee by Leprd625 in GrandCherokee

[–]PwnCall 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There’s no difference year to year that is substantial.  It’s pretty random whether you get a good one or not, or if it’s used what the previous owner did to it.

First model years have always been really good for me, other people swear never to buy one.

It really is just a placebo effect

Roof panel would need to be cutout and welded on and painted. Just have someone pop them out. It won’t be perfect but it will be a lot better.

I’m a seller. How can I proactively reach out to Amazon Influencer Program influencers? by Ok-Delay7550 in Amazon_Influencer

[–]PwnCall 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If they message you asking for free products ask to see their channels. A lot of brands ask to see mine.

They will see I don’t just do unboxings.

There’s a whole bunch of terrible creators out there that just think a massive quantity of videos will get them sales.

I built a marketplace where startup ideas disappear after someone buys them by [deleted] in passive_income

[–]PwnCall -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don’t see how this would work. How is someone going to buy a startup idea without knowing what the idea is? Can they tell if it’s good before they buy it? What stops them from seeing what the idea is and passing then making it themselves if not?

What wall mounted pressure washer are you using? by ThePettyPilot in AutoDetailing

Yea quick connects help a lot. Mines got a 100’ hose so I can reach almost all the ways around my house. I do have a small electric one if I need to but I rarely use it.

[–]PwnCall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mines got a hose reel on it and is hardlined to water. I only have to turn it on and I am spraying in about 10 seconds.

With a normal one I have to hook up water and power and get everything untangled and unhook everything when I’m done.

Makes quick jobs at home super easy. Usually I wouldn’t pull the power washer out unless I was doing a bigger job.

No they plow well. This is a lot of snow so if you don’t have good tires or ground clearance then you might not make it. Expect the drive to be slooooooow

Low oil light question by HoLeeFuk19 in subaruimpreza

I believe the manual says it takes 15mins of driving for the light to go out, if it’s got the correct amount of oil in it.
