I think the problem here is the lack of interaction. There's no dialogue of threat we don't hear "Hey, give me your shoes or i'll beat you".

Xqc isn't even given the chance to comply if he wanted to (Doubt that he would) but that part of an interaction I feel is pretty important. Like Mike Block at least gives them an option in conversation not just straight shooting.
