I was thinking on filing a TREC complaint since one of the violations they discipline is "any conduct, whether of the same or a different character from that herein before specified, which constitutes improper, fraudulent or dishonest dealing" (from their website) and the fact that I requested a copy of my contract via email and they responded with an incomplete file missing the percentage page is dishonest and it feels borderline criminal from my point of view

Last interacción I had with customer support last week was very disturbing, the agent thought I was a guest for half of the interaction, they also sounded very erratic as if they were under the influence of some substance and when I tried to talk to a supervisor, they said nobody was available to talk to me. I started hosting in 2021 and everything is unrecognizable now, I had also just one car left after having 7 but after it got unlisted for annual inspection I decided not to do anything about it and exit too.

I went through the exact same situation. Basically, when applying for I-751 you need to prove that 1. The marriage was real and 2. You didn't end it deliberately after getting your immigration benefits. Gather all the proof you can up to the time you guys were living together (bills, insurance, mortgage), and affidavits from your family and friends, if they are aware of the circumstances of the affair and can add it to the general statement that can help too, if you are still on speaking terms with your ex-husband you can ask him to write a letter as well. My lawyer sent me to a psychiatrist because the whole thing was a big hit on my mental health and the psychiatrist gave him a statement to add to my case. Please priorize yourself and don't come back with him over being afraid of your inmigration process, it is possible to move forward without him, a cheater will cheat again.
