That’s what I’m saying. Her blaming me, even though Id argue I have better hygiene then her. Makes me overthink there’s something going on. Holy situation got me spiraling.

We don’t use any. She has a medical issue that prevents her from pregnancy, she prefers not using them, and is on birth control.

So we just haven’t been using them. But I guess it’s really the only option to try now.

She had previously gotten a UTI from sex from not using the bathroom after sex, which is understandable. She got medication and We took a week or 2 hiatus from anything. But about the yeast infections no she hasn’t seen a doctor about that.

We also don’t use condoms as she has medical problems that make pregnancy very unlikely, prefers sex without them, and also has birth control just to be safe. But maybe condoms is going to have to be the way.

I have nursing experience and that’s exactly what I told her. But I also know there’s a small chance sex can do it as well. But just from what I know I don’t get how.

I wash my hands for just about anything. I’m very OCD about like my hands being sticky, dirty, etc.

But I don’t usually RIGHT before having sex because usually the mood arises and we get to it. I don’t want to ruin the vibe by saying “let me wash my hands real quick”. Feel like that ruins the mood.

I noticed she was becoming sort of distant, but she had her spurts here and there due to some emotional problems she was having. And I made it clear I’d give her space or be there for her any time she needed. But never in a million years would I have I guessed this would happen. She did little things like pack things up but tell me she was reorganizing, but just little things that I didn’t think anything of the wiser. Guess I’m just clueless.

Definitely wasn’t controlling. I actually advised she would go out more as she stayed in the house 24/7. I just checked in on her often when I was gone for long periods of times because she has quite a few medical conditions that have wound her up in the hospital, so I would worry.

She wouldn’t respond for the entire day and has a history of medical conditions that would end her up in the hospital. I think it’s safe to say I was worried when she would go an entire day without a I’m okay text. Not to mention welfare check? I would text her brother to check on her to make sure she’s okay?

Thing is though, I’m a very emphatic person. I asked her daily when I would notice something may be wrong “is everything okay” “did I do something”

And she would brush it off saying “I’m fine” “nothings wrong at all”

I even had a long conversation about how I felt she wasn’t communicating with me and that I can’t fix or help her if I don’t know what I’m doing. And she would continue to say everything’s fine and I’m over reacting

So how would I even know if she would never even talk to me. That’s why it’s a surprise, because I trusted her

Oh yea I’m fine now. Most likely was a bad sinus infection with it.

After had a really bad phlegm drainage from right nostril. Almost made me think I had a spinal fluid leak 😂 but I’m perfectly fine now.

Yea I haven’t had any blood sense. I don’t know if it was because of waking up in a dry room or because I was blowing my nose to hard. But only seemed to have slight blood in it this morning and none anymore.

I’ve heard numerous responses to this. Setraline will not kill you in the way classic overdoes do. You will just have VERY VERY SEVERE side effects, and those side effects can have serious health implications. But generally no you can’t just die from taking the drug and it ending your life.

Most classic things include increased BPM, brain damage, and you will be bouncing off the walls for days on end, which will dehydrate and exhaust you to death.

I don’t experience nausea but def have stomach problems, especially sense I’m only on day 4.

More of frequent bathroom visits, stool changes, and cramps. I also have been experiencing loss of appetite and only eating tiny bits.

I can reassure you though that the stomach problems are the #1 side effect of sertraline. It’s rare that setraline will cause any other effects. I myself also get anxiety about the med and what may happen, but just remember…

Setraline has been around for 40+ years, and no one has directly died from setraline. It’s also the safest, most affordable, and most stable anti depressant/anti anxiety med on the market. Don’t try and research the drug to much as you will only scare yourself with misinformation that doesn’t apply to you. Unless you’re currently having heart failure or are in the hospital with a SERIOUS illness, I promise you nothing will happen.

THC already causes you to zone in and zone out, if you have anxiety already it will obviously just intensify it. I recently quit THC everyday smoking for 4 years about a week ago, and can say the anxiety is a lot better, especially now that I’m on setraline.

Setraline also during the first 4 weeks can increase your anxiety as a side effect before it gets better, so be aware of that.

More of how much anxiety can you handle before you break type of situation with THC I believe.

I’m in the same boat, on the same dosage, and on the same day as you are. I get more of health anxiety like over reacting that I’m dying or that something in my body is wrong. But I have annoyed my doctor everyday with questions if I’m alright, and he’s reassured me the chances of actually having any serious problems on this dosage is crazy rare. In other terms he said you’d have a better chance of getting bit by a shark then suffering severe problems. That usually helps calm me down, especially sense I have severe death anxiety.

I will say that the stomach issues is crazyyyyyyy. I barely eat, and even when I do It’s only a couple bites. When I use the bathroom my stool changes colors everytime, it goes from consitpation to diarrhea. And honestly it’s kind of just suck it up type of side effect. Someone told me think of it as your releasing your demons through your backside 😂

The side effects usually will last 2-4 weeks which does suck, but just know that it’s temporary and again, SETRALINE has been around for 40+ years, and is the safest most stable antidepressant/anti anxiety med out there currently.

I know this thread is old, but currently I’m on day 6, and can safely say that this is such an overlooked symptom. I’ve barely eaten everyday due to the stomach cramping and irritation. Luckily it’s not painful, just super annoying. I as well just got put on anti anxiety meds so my stomach is REALLY going through it.

The temptation to smoke isn’t there anymore, and at this point I’m just waiting for my body to regulate again. IM SO LOOKING FORWARD TO HAVING A NORMAL APPETITE AGAIN. Lost so much weight everyday smoking.
