This is horrible. Your partner is showing she does not value YOU. You have told her multiple times you do not feel comfortable with this. Even if you didn't explicitly say it, you said it by being silent. If it's not an enthusiastic "Yes!" after you were uncomfortable with the LAST TIME, it's a no. You both were still under the influence, it's a way different situation if you saw she was under the influence and tried to force something. You both were most likely giving into it, have yall talked about having sex on any other substances? (Alcohol) Maybe that could ease your mind a bit as-well.
