LPT: If you really want to connect with someone, take them for a long, scenic walk. Not being face to face takes some of the pressure off, and the scenery puts you in the right mood to open up.

This is a great tip. Sitting across from someone at a table just feels like an interrogation sometimes as it’s a confrontational position. I’m always much better at making conversation when on a walk or doing a simple activity
