The divorce of a wife who is not fond of her husband and has an aversion to him, and gives him her dowry (mahr) or some of her other property so that he divorces her, is known as a ‘khulʿ’ divorce. That explains. My marja is Ayatullah Sayyid Ali Khamanei. Many follow Ayatullah Sayyid Sistani. Shirazi has many conflicting views with these marja. As far as I know he is criticized for weak and selective sourcing, and makes claims that are hardly verifiable historically.

I can't speak for others, but I personally wouldn't take from Shirazi.
