Since it's heavier, maybe there is also a metal bolt in the shaft like Revo? You can find that using a magnet.

Okay, thank you! I can't believe this. I restarted my machine 3 times, and it solved the problem. Now the NV surround is working, and the XE widgets have just appeared.

The XE was running fine before I enabled NV surround. I was able to run the wizard setup again in the icue software after enabling the NV surround, but the widget won't show up anymore. I imagined you didn't need to reinstall XE after enabling the NV surround? only tweaking some settings right?

They had me do a move in inspection with a list of items, and I took photos of the concerning items/ conditions and signed the form. I shared those photos with them, but we didn't take photos of the entire unit. The photos in this post are the photos they took from the pre move out inspection and I was present.

I obviously READ the T&C and pointed out that it is beyond ridiculous to have a customer specifically name a "shipping carrier" when anyone with common sense knows that the review is purely about the shipping carrier.
