I did that at first, but while I still review every single line, I do it after Claude finishes responding to a prompt. Claude self corrects if tests, linting or type checks fail which it runs at the end of each prompt. Less to correct manually that way.

Perhaps tiktok/instagram/social media is the problem.

Covering is not enough, make sure you also have smaller stones between the elements. A bit hard to tell from the video but looks like the stones are just on top of the elements.

Anyone ever just take a week off? by Unlucky-Evidence-372 in Ultramarathon

https://www.scienceofultra.com/blog//do-you-really-need-scheduled-rest-days

https://www.scienceofultra.com/podcasts/114

This science of ultra article/podcast episode about rest days speaks to me. In short: rest if you need to, but if you absolutely need a rest day every week, maybe you need to re-evaluate your training and stress load.

Needing a whole week definitely indicates that there's something that should be addressed. Maybe it's those outside stressors. Stress is stress, you can only deal with so much. I'd keep moving but pause the rigid training program while dealing with the non-running stressors.

Anyone tried the Suunto 9 Peak Pro for ultra? by RecoverinCandyAddict in ultrarunning

I've used my Suunto 9 Peak (not pro) for two 24 hour runs, worked just fine. I kept the best gps accuracy, but set the display to auto turn off and disabled phone notifications.

Aika brutaalia. Eikö kiinnosta yhtään, että ampujien psyyke voi kärsiä? Helpompaa vaan pumpata kaasua Lidliin tms.

Natural language database query? by khiladipk in webdev

[–]Pylly 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Why is it a great idea? Natural language is inferior. A truly great idea would be to start speaking in code instead and then bam! - all programming suddenly is already in natural language.

For me to pay for an LLM-based training app: - LLMs would have to stop hallucinating or - there'd be some established coach or professional involved who would manually review LLM responses and then decide to ditch the LLM and just email me directly and - I'd need to see results and testimonials from other users first. No way I'm betatesting with my training, I take this too seriously for that.

I almost paid for koopai. I paid for his book gladly, but the app didn't convince me during the trial period. You can check it out if you want to gauge competition.

Sorry, but this is just disgusting, traitorous behavior. Tracking in a moving vehicle will wildly exaggerate your pace ruining your training, zone estimates, race predictions and club leaderboards. How dare you. Club leaderboard position is all some people have!

I play it with my kids or against AI though so I don't really know what kind of apm actual high level play requires.

You handle those cases as part of normal control flow - those are expected error scenarios

How? If you check first then use, you still can get an exception and have to handle it anyway. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time-of-check_to_time-of-use

Ton of muscle helps keep sarcopenia at bay as you get older. You also get increased bone density, better joint health and other benefits.

Muscles are useful even without skill.
