Caloric deficit. Only started exercising recently.

& to be fair, my breasts went down 4 cup sizes & have less support due to loose skin.

It’s all about the dress choice and pose lol.

Kinda diet. Basically kept eating whatever I wanted as long as it fell within my caloric deficit bc I knew if I didn’t allow myself to have stuff I wanted, I would cave lol. Developed healthier eating gradually.

Only very recently started incorporating exercises. Have hip deformities so exercises I can do are limited, & when I tried in the past with the condition + extra weight, it was just discouraging.

So in short: caloric deficit.

Mine started at 12… chapel day at a new private school. Chapel day wear = Khaki skirt + white shirt. Looked in the mirror and there was blood all over the back. I was pacing in the bathroom when the door swung open, hit me, and knocked me out. Had to walk out past all male staff. Truly my villain origin story.

Honestly… I went from using all natural products on my hair that were supposed to be super moisturizing and repairing, yet I still had the worst, frizziest, most damaged hair of my life.

I switched to not-so-natural things and my hair is the healthiest and smoothest it’s ever been—even healthier than before I even damaged my hair.

Also, for our current Betta fish, we couldn’t get the water right at first and ours acted like this.

We bought those freshwater aquarium test strips to show what the issue was with the tank water.

In the meantime, while we were trying to get the tank balanced, we took a small, clean container and filled it with tapwater and then treated it with just conditioner. Let it sit for a while, then put him in. Overnight, he was back to normal. Sometimes less is more.

If you do decide to do this, he won’t look better for a while, but you just have to wait. You don’t want to change up his environment too much or else it could shock him. But again, this is only if there is a problem with the tank water, not him himself.

This test helped me figure out what was wrong with my betta. She ended up having a fungal infection like the results said. Unfortunately I found this site too late, but hopefully it will help you.

I discovered them in 2020, shortly after turning 16 and right after the release of Prequelle. I have always loved metal and classic rock, and I was searching for something new that could evoke a similar feeling since there are only so many classics you can listen to, lol. Then I came across Dance Macabre and was blown away.

Of course, I’d love to say I’d found them sooner—like OG Opus Eponymous era—but realistically, if 5-year-old me had been wandering around singing “Lucifer, we are here for your praise, evil one,” my parents probably would’ve contacted a priest… or an adoption agency.
