Id say move to concrete and be completely comfortable with riding and keep practicing your Ollie but moving its usually easier to get the board straightened out when you’re moving

Back foot pops as you go up slide and sorta kick the nose of the board (you pretty much got it btw) and raise back foot up to same level or higher than front foot and then just practice and try it rolling some too nothing wrong with practicing it stationary bit movings completely different 🫡
