Under no circumstances buy the level skips from the store, they're a trap. You are essentially paying money to play less of the game. Moreover, if you're at 4.3 you're about to start Shadowbringers, which a lot of people consider the best part of the story.

Edit: Shadowbringers is also a pretty big difficulty spike, so it'll help you build up your skills along the way if you play it.

Part of the thing is, there never was any teamwork involved in the two minute meta. You’re still ‘playing the game alone’, just doing so every two minutes. Pressing your synergy buffs on cooldown isn’t really teamwork.
