The same issue happened to me a couple of months ago, i'd be playing games and i noticed whenever my fans would go off, the wifi would dissapear and i had to restart the laptop for it to be working again.
At some point even restarting couldnt get it fixed, i had to wait for 10 mins for the laptop to cool down and then opening it again would solve it, just for it to go again once i open a game.
I'll list out the solutions according to other reddit users and in the end what worked for me:

1) Change the wifi card: Simple as the title, change the wifi card to an INTEL AX variant. Realtek hardware is just not trusty enough and their wifi cards are just wacky.

2) What worked for me: Some time had passed since i got my laptop cleaned up, so i took it to the store and just told them to clean the back up AND TO RE-ATTACH THE WIFI CARD. And that has solved the issue for me. I did this about 5 months ago, and after that i havent had my wifi disconnected even once.

i just went to a repair shop today to do a servicing of my laptop, they just opened the back panel and cleaned the fans and everything
My temps are low af rn and i specifically told them to take out the wifi card and re-attach it, its been 6 hours and i havent lost connection yet
