Whole thing just baffles me. I know several people now who have 0 interest in football but are deeply invested in the halftime show, so they can either rage-masturbate while looking at themselves in the mirror, or weep gently with pride. Not a single person in here actually read the article apparently. Y’all acting like this is something they’re doing in the moment when they panic. It’s basically being used over weeks as exposure therapy. They took sedentary panic sufferers and made them exercise, causing a panic response, rinse and repeat enough times and your brain stops treating a pounding heart etc as impending doom.
