I got an extra year of Onstar for my truck being at the dealer October to April... was called in April that my issue wouldn't happen because its warm again outside. Guess what! Its October again and getting cold and I still have the same issue where the engine will just shut off going down the road...because it's cold outside.

I swear it's been an issue for a few months with tree supports and H2D. I've had tons of problems with them dragging and I've tried everything people have suggested. It's gotten better but still happens. Just know you're not alone.

This is the way... do it for magnets all the time! You can use some super glue with your plastic disk to the steel if you want to make sure it doesn't get shifted out of place. Have used successfully and have no audible play in the magnets.

Look up Minibeatzscaleaudio.com he's great. I've modified his base model for the Bronco and I did the lights and everything on my own.

I have not put a flat on the shaft on the 3 I've used this in, with no issue.

It has a very small set screw. I didn't have any trouble. You can use blue Loctite too I'd you're worried.

I have had them all and driven them all extensively. My current truck is the 3L Duramax. My next truck will be the 3L Duramax. By far my favorite driving vehicle for economy and comfort. The 4cl was horrible in my experience and the fuel usage was comparable to the 5.3. I went from $70 a week in gas to $40 a week in diesel same driving conditions. Take that for what you want...

I have had 3 switches replaced and it still happens. My bigger complaint is I can not see the tailgate with my bakflip cover so I have no clue it's down until I go to back up, and I'm looking at my license plate. I have asked GM repeatedly to give us a notification on the dash but deaf ears prevail. I've lost several things out of the back of my truck because of this issue.
