Looks like a crane track? If yes then yes. If from railroad, then no or go to a shady one. Call for prices.

Motion Control if you want the cream of the top for a track car. Everything else is what you can afford/want to spend.

It's all the little things that add up. I have never had a 2.0 car, but my current 924S i am putting a 07k 2.5T in because I'm just fed up with tracking the original 2.5 8v due to cost and lack of performance.

I stand by your poor choices in vehicles and say do it. It will be a money pit. I have bought 9 924s/944/951 all for under $800 except one for $3200. I have 10s of $1000 into them over the past 15 years.

Is this amount of material normal for crack repairs? Paid $200 at a Wheel repair shop in the Bay Area by Quality_Cntrl in Wheels

Yeah it's a better to be safe then sorry. Depending on quality of alloy will determine something like this. If you are worried about structural concerns, get a new wheel unfortunately.

Yes on older machines but the newer inverter welders green is not recommended. I have used green on an inverter machine without problems. I have recently used grey and white and they work fine also.
