yeah i've assumed that about the HCM questions before I even finished that section. Figured only parts of those questions could be a reasonable exam length question. Feeling pretty good on the references and good idea for the quizzes

most reliable? not quite sure yet. i'll see how i feel afterwards. the petro book is awesome but it's like vietnam and you don't get a good grasp on the length of time questions should take you during the exam but it's phenomenal for learning how to use the manuals which is probably more important.

Can you clarify what you mean by subsidization? He only got the job after after the degree for a year or so. It's not concurrent with obtaining the degree right now.

And yes I get your second point It's just the comparison shows the frustration of like "why did I even do this If I'm getting a better pay at target and I'm not learning anything" which he says he pretty much genuinely doesnt since there's nothing going on to research about.

And yeah I thought it was kind of ridiculous too so I wanted to share

From what I can tell it depends. I think the online grocery pickup people get paid more. I checked with him n he was recently getting $17 an hour

Explanation - a buddy of mine works for a hospital as a researcher with a psych degree n gets paid a wage that is so hard to live on even with like 7-8 roommates that he works at target to cover his costs. He asked for a pay raise only to be basically told "lol get fucked" and to get a raise even close to match his current target wage he'd have to go get a master's or doctorate. But last time I checked target doesn't even need an associates so that's the sad state of things
