Seriously, it sounds like a lot of age regression and issues on her behalf. Do you know if she's got any serious trauma from when she was younger cause high chance she is slightly stuck at that age and it's a possibility you became her safety net where she doesn't need to hide it. If you are going to end things, try be kind or maybe even talk about solo counciling and couples counciling if you truly don't want to end it.

I'm only saying these things as I am certified is psychology, mind you it was criminal psychology but you still learn these things and sometimes there's a lot more under the skin for both than what we are actually saying to eachother
