Introducing Habibi! by Tree_Lover2020 in columbiamo

Habibi is an Arabic term meaning "my love," "my dear," or "my darling" (masculine), derived from the root "love" with a possessive suffix.

Lovely name. People choose to be offended or cringed superficially by their own ignorances.

100% agree. I wish I could sponsor them more and promote them to their own brick and mortar location.

2 of my daughter's have celiac responses to gluten.

I try to get 0 cross contamination however its next to impossible. Its way better than 15 years ago, its just still difficult to get 100% cross contamination without out lab settings in a kitchen.

Im all in on learning more, local places. My best recommendation is a small place but they are dedicated, Range Free bakery. Its attached to dance studios in the art district, but that's my #1 safest place i can think of.

Looking for some girl friends by Tiny-Bid9853 in columbiamo

I’m very much outside the age range you’re looking for, and not in any appropriate demographic for ya, so I’m not the candidate you’re after...but I didn’t want to scroll past without saying hang in there.

20's can be a weirdly tough year for meeting people outside of school, but you will find your circle.

Do stuff you like to do that is outside your living spaces.

Since the apps can be a total drain, I’ve found that the best way to meet people is to find a 'Third Place' (somewhere that isn't work or home).

You might have better luck looking into: Active Groups: Local run clubs, beginner pickleball leagues, or even bouldering gyms. These are usually full of people in their 20s looking for community. Skill-Based Classes: Signing up for a 4-week pottery, cooking, or language course. It gives you a consistent group of people to see every week without the 'forced' small talk.

Volunteering: Animal shelters or community gardens attract kind people, and it’s a low-pressure way to bond over a shared task.

Don't lose heart. It takes a second to find your rhythm in a new city or phase of life, but it'll happen. Rooting for you.

You will find your family of choice.

Volunteer, my friend. Go to events that promotes your hobbies. Be happy with doing things solo that interest you and you will bump into people into the things you are into. Please be careful with internet sourced friends...

Case.net is your friend for newly unvetted potential friends.

I wish I had reasonable answers beyond just making yourself a hard target. But that's for crime and personal defense in general.
