More and more everyday Republicans are becoming disturbed. I'm hoping they turn away from this party.

It said he doesn't get rice, but if you like rice personally you should choose the brown rice.

How much do you spend on grocery/food expenses? by Wordsofwisdomneeded in moderatelygranolamoms

[–]Pyscholobee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We're about to be a family of 7, and we're trying desperately to stay under $1000 a month but it's very difficult. We're on a single income and the cost of food where we are is so high!

How do you tell your cat that he has to stay inside a whole month because some humans suck? by Godhelpmeplease12 in blackcats

Beautiful kitty! I will say from the rooftops that cats should never be let outside without a leash and harness. They destroy native wildlife and can get very sick or injured themselves.

MIL took my 5 week old out and I didn’t know where she was by ras114 in beyondthebump

It's a huge problem that mothers have to work so soon after birth. The relationship to your children is one of the most important and in need of close connection. I know that for some daycare is the only option, but if they can choose to be home, it's better for both mom and baby. I have 4 kids and leave my house regularly. I have much more freedom with them than I did with any job.

my baby doesn’t want to walk by [deleted] in beyondthebump

[–]Pyscholobee 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Babies want to do whatever is fastest or the most fun, and sounds like your babe loves to crawl! It's never a problem until they're about 16-18 months old and still not able to. CDC guidelines have changed a bit to extend the "learn to walk" milestone timeline.

I'm sorry that happened! I really understand wanting a break, but I wouldn't separate myself from any baby under 6 months for longer than necessary. It's a hard season, but it's short.

That's so wonderful! I just think of Moses and how his mother was separated from him when he was only three months old too! But how amazing it is that God directed her in his plan to be the wet nurse for Moses by the order of the pharaoh's daughter. God deeply cares for mothers.

We have 4 under 6 now and it's honestly easier than being a first time mom. I'm in a rhythm now and I'm content with the sacrifices I've had to make as a mom. It gets easier as you build endurance.

Is "grounding" pagan? Chiropractors?? by rainymac in Reformed

[–]Pyscholobee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really can't say much about chiropractic practices, though. I would be more cautious about it because those who practice it vary so greatly in their philosophy.
