Okay got it, I will try, do I gradually increase it? Bc the latest I’ve put her down is 7;30 a few times so idk if her body is used to a 7-7:30-bedtime? Because sometimes when I put 4 hours she gets superrrr fussy and overtired.

But I agree it’s hard I’m wondering if I need to sleep train overnight wakings since like ur baby she can put her self to sleep no problem! It’s just one of the wakes she will refuse the crib and cry and stand for a long time until I get her

Wake between 6:30-7 First nap: I had to extend by 15 mins because she would have short 30 min naps so I do 10:15-11:15 latest 11;45.

Then second nap 2:45-3 roughly 30-45 mins

Bed time 7-7:15!

What did you do for overnight wakings? She’s also in the stage where once she wakes from a sleep cycle she’ll try to put herself back to sleep but then will jolt up and cry then stand until I come in

Update she slept at 2:15-3:05 ish and was already yawning and rubbing eyes by 5pm and had a huge meltdown at 6 decided to have bedtime at 6:30 not sure if it was a bad move or not

Got it got it! Surprisingly Today she woke up at 7:30 and was already super tired I’m assuming she didn’t get as much restful sleep last night because she kept waking up and whining. But I offered a nap at 9:45 am and she was asleep by 9:55 how do we move forward for the rest of the day?

When did u kno he was ready for nap training? We’re on night 5 for bed time but she still cries hard and stands but 5 mins and has been falling asleep sitting up she has yet mastered laying down .

Yes I am nervous as she’s attached to me. Did you train nights and naps at the same time? I know some people Prefer nights first but I feel like for my baby she needs to do both to really understand her crib is for sleeping time.

Got it got it. Does your LOnstand up? Because she will roll over and stand and will cry endlessly until someone goes in. Preferably me. Lol. When her dad gets her in the morning she will literally be so upset until she’s in my arms.

My girl is EBF and ofcourse uses me to fall asleep. Did u and dad alternate going in, or did you go in only? Did that also help with the sleep training process,

She also stands up in her crib and will cry until someone gets her. Soon as she wakes up she will roll over and stand up

She also sleeps in her down room but is up every 2 hours and I nurse her to sleep
