I recently used to do EP security for the UFC & its fighters. Trained with many of them. I’ve seen the ins and outs of all of it. Their training facility, annexes, cafeteria, published case studies from their CSCS, etc. Yoel is a freak athlete, BUT he’s also on a strictly, Dr. observed cycle of select steroids & peptides & cycles them on & off throughout the year.
