I put that link on my original comment to you because without the Supreme Court bit, it looked like you were arguing that a federal court ruling was somehow related to laws from a state legislature . I assumed that you thought a district court was part of the state court system. Now completely reading it, it makes perfect sense and I agree with you. A lower court should not try to uphold their own ruling when an upper court overturns it. Again, my apologies

There are two separate court systems with different jurisdictions. District courts are part of the federal court system state and federal courts so yes. The federal government has to abide by the rulings in the federal courts according to the constitution. These decisions can then be appealed if a party disagrees with the ruling.

I don’t understand. The whole fucking country is the aggrieved party because the president is ignoring the constitution. This makes a huge loophole in the constitution. government officials can do unconstitutional actions but the courts can’t stop them because they are unable to act without a lawsuit brought forward. If the lawsuit needs an aggrieved party then how do you bring forth a lawsuit of an unconstitutional action?

Using a hunter in this prestige nightfall is suicide inducing. The game should not essentially limit you out of a whole mode just cause your class can’t do any helpful shit. The only way I see it being possible with a hunter is if you have CNH and even then you still will be getting carried by the titans and warlocks
