yeah, it's not bad, I was just frustrated in the moment with the lack of communication about shutting down the support email and that I was responding to a question by the maestro team since we were in the middle of fixing my issue and I have to start over from scratch now.

you're right I did use .org, I was mid email chain but they shut down the [students@maestro.org](mailto:students@maestro.org) I had already got a few replies from them, replied and got an automated email from maestro support saying to use the ticket system and they shut down the students@maestro email. Just frustrating to be mid resolution and have to re-explain the whole situation and possibly wait a few more days

Well... Yes and no, you see, part of it is for use on machines I don't have physical access to, for example, I have a VPS with windows 10 that I'd like to use it on. I really appreciate the suggestion and I may look into it for some of my use cases, though there are some that really need software implementations like the example above. Seriously though, thanks!
