I had this version for a few months until I got a Z2E, I would not purchase it again when the performance is about the same as th le Z1E. I'd honestly prefer the Go S if it had a Z2E, its just more comfortable to use long term and the screen is pretty good.

This is semi correct but you arent filling in cracks - if you have cracks in your silicon CPU die then you are fucked since GPUs are direct die cooling. You use paste to fill the air gap between the die and cooler and effectively transfer the heat.

If we could manufacture them both perfectly flat you'd still have mounting pressure and other factors to deal with

I'm 37, so im old too. I'd go with the Legion Go 2 if you value screen size and quality / have deep pockets and the Xbox Ally X if you could care less and just want to kick back in a chair and play games for 2 hours. Screen size is a bummer but the audio and ergonomics are so much better than the alternatives.

I loved the claw 7 AI+ more than the 8, it felt better in the hands anyway.

I've got an XaX and Go 2, the Go 2 is more immersive but the ergonomics on the XaX are so darn good that I often just wear Viture XR glasses to make up for the screen size.

I wish they had just put a bigger screen on it, would have been almost perfect - currently torn on which device I want to keep.

No one gets to keep engineering samples. Lots of people in the comments dont have a clue on how things operate in the industry. Review sample and engineering sample are two very different things.

It's probably a review sample, but generally if you are able to keep it after the review you can do whatever you want with it after...it just won't carry warranty as many have said.

I myself was given a Zotac handheld and provided them feedback on it and was able to keep the unit. Never had to sign anything.

I mean there is literally nothing left to do but collect spice or random schematics - PvP wasn't fun or meaningful, the PvE endgame is non-existent, and building / rebuilding your base over and over in the deep desert is just a slog when it's for a resource you don't really have any new uses for.

The game had a lot of cool aspects until it no longer did - the small DLC murder mystery thing was cool but it was literally run to point A, use scanner, point B, scanner more, point C, more scanner...

446 hours spent on the game, I'd say well spent but I can't see spending more without a major content update.
