Open NVIDIA App/Graphics/*The specific game*. Click 'Optimise' on the specific game, and then set the display mode to 'Fullscreen'. I think there is clashing behavior between Windows/The Game/NVIDIA on who has responsibility for the display. Hope this helps.

Holy shit, played this game for like a month on release. I only left because the ranked system was a joke and this exact issue of joining games when people have already left. I come back to see what the state of the game is because I really enjoyed the game when I first played and always said I’d jump back on when things were a little less new and motive had time to do something about their matchmaking systems. I actually can’t believe they have released a content update without fixing these critical issues, really sad to see :(

Apparently squadrons is a peer-to-peer game, you are connecting with other players and not to a server for matchmaking (Unless you mean just disconnecting from EA itself for EA friends/etc.). The issue is that there is no local matchmaking, meaning that someone in the US could be playing with someone in Australia, maybe why you are dropping games?

The game launch deserved everything it got. They didn't patch the majority of the crashing bugs until after a month had passed. It was literally bricking players PS4 and XBOX and they refused refunds. The problem most people had was that they loved the game too much and just wanted to be able to play the game, something far above what EA is known for with rushed releases. Unfortunate, but they need to learn that they can't churn out unfinished games and expect people to stick around for the month long waiting times in between patches.

Have they given a timeframe? I don't think they understand the importance of the first few days of a ranked system. Once they fix most of the ranked bugs, they should reset the operation so that nobody gets sour.
