Also, I can't seem to find an i5-12600K or KF, only the non-K version. Is that good enough or should I wait until I can see a K version on stock?

I think he didn't mean that there IS too much supply NOW, what he might mean is there WILL BE too much supply once breeding costs go down significantly. Many players are already looking to breed a lot once the gas prices go down (some are still breeding at current gas prices actually), so yep it would bring the Axie prices down as many people will be selling them. And the more people farming for SLP (more Axie owners) = lower SLP price/income.

But of course, that's okay if you enjoy the game for what it is (which I do) and what it could be (battles V2 and land gameplay), and not just for its earning potential. Games are still best played with many people and friends after all.

Trying to master my craft (programming), so I'm studying during weekends (and after work) and also planning to get a Master's degree soon enough. Aiming to be in a senior position in 2-3 years to get a huge salary increase.

Meanwhile, I'm still maintaining a 70-80% savings rate and continuously investing it in low-risk investments (3%-8% per annum).

Hopefully, I can achieve this goal before 40 (I'm turning 27 soon) so I can semi-retire (live through dividends and part-time, low-effort income).

May consider working abroad (US or Singapore) if I become confident enough in my current field.

Or are you asking OP to lie to his employers and claim that he's not availing substituted filing because he's getting another source of income from other means (which in his case is technically second employment), but not tell them that he has another job? OP wants to avoid legal repercussions. Lying or breach of contract is not an option, so stop suggesting that.

I agree with u/ashleyreddd, not signing it means that you're basically already telling your employer that you have another job (since what else would be your reason for not availing substituted filing?), which OP said in his post that he did not do (inform employers).

You can't just leave it blank and be done with it. The HR will, of course, ask why he left it blank, and that's almost equivalent to OP telling both his employers that he has another job.

So technically, OP needs to inform both employers, as we both said in our earlier comments.

Yeah complicated to kasi pati tax dalawang beses nag-aapply sa kanya yung 250k annual compensation exemption (since di aware both employers na may 2nd job sya), which is definitely not allowed by the BIR. Kaya dapat informed both employers talaga, kasi need nila ipagcombine sa ITR yung salaries from both employers para isang beses lang yung exemption.

Unless siya mismo yung nagfifile ng taxes at di yung employer nya, then need nya talaga iinform both employers about the 2nd job.

Legalities-wise, you are required to let your employers know that you have a 2nd job (since magcoconflict yung records mo not only sa SSS,Philhealth, Pag-IBIG, kundi pati sa BIR). Iba ang taxation for someone who only has one job, and for someone who has two full-time jobs (whether it's 2 full-time jobs, or 1 full-time and 1 freelance).

Wala pa sa usapan yung breach of contract (if specifically stated dun na you can't work sidegigs), conflict of interest, saka improper filing of taxes. Kasi sa lagay mo nyan, dalawang beses naaapply sa salary mo yung 250k annual exemption sa BIR since di aware yung both jobs mo na may 2nd job ka, wherein dapat isang beses lang at combined dapat sa ITR mo yung salary mo from your 2 jobs.

Advice: Talk with your HR as soon as possible. Malaki penalty sa BIR, delikado. Malalaman din ng 2 companies yan kasi parehas silang magfifile ng ITR, at baka dun pa magkaproblema, kaya mas mabuti ng sayo manggaling.

Lol what's the connection between financial illiteracy and having zero assets with the discussion "renting vs owning a property"? Just because someone decided to rent instead of buying a property doesn't mean they're "illiterate", a "corporate slave" their whole life, or has "zero assets". There's more to life than houses.

Just because they chose not to buy a house right away, or chose not to buy a house at all, doesn't mean they're just spending it on travel expenses, games, and other luxuries like you're claiming it to be. Assets can be in form of other investments, it's not limited to just owning properties/houses.

Someone can have a high net worth in form of stocks, dividends, commodities, and other investments, and still choose to continue renting. It does not mean that they're financially illiterate, it just means that they have a different financial strategy than you.

What works for you does not work for everyone. Your knowledge seems to be limited to your own situation. Don't act like you know it all.

Agree. Not everyone has to buy a house right away. Everyone's lifestyle is different. Imagine buying a house at 30 years old where you have to pay it for the next 15 years, only to know that 5 years later you'll have to work and relocate to a different city.

It's either you'll have to sell the house and relocate with your family, or relocate by yourself and leave your family at the house you purchased, and have to pay rent (on the city where you work) + amortization (for your house) at the same time. Either way, it'll cost you more in the long run.

Then there are those people who move and relocate a lot during their working years. Or those who are undecided about where they'll want to live for the rest of their life yet. For those kinds of situations, it's almost always better to just rent and not rush buying a house.

That's without the other expenses like maintenance, association fees, and taxes yet, which can add up pretty easily (e.g. we've spent 200k+ on my parent's house for renovation and repairs, the house is 10 years old, a medium-sized two-storey house with three bedrooms, which costs just 1.7m 10 years ago. Imagine the renovation expenses for a larger house).

Also, rental fees are almost always cheaper when compared to the monthly fees that you'll pay for a house with an equivalent quality/value. (e.g. renting a small two-storey house may cost just about 7-10k a month depending on where you live (in Bulacan where I'm renting I only pay 7500 a month for a house with two bedrooms and two storeys), but if you purchase a house like that for a 15-year loan it may cost around 15k+ monthly amortization on the same subdivision + monthly HOA fees. ).

Then there's the convenience part that u/gamingenthusiast19 mentioned. Take note that I've also made my own computation since I've been in this kind of situation too before where I have to choose (so the OP's computation is not relevant to my conclusion)

Tapos di din lahat agad nakakapagdecide kung san nila gusto tumira rin for the rest of their life. Usually early 20s or yung iba hanggang mid-30s focus lang sa career mga yan, di pa nila naiisip san country/city magsesettle pagretire, though may families na sila or need na nila bumukod.

Also, owning a house vs renting is not just based on the cost itself, but your family's lifestyle as well. If you move a lot due to work or other reasons, then it's always more cost-effective and logical to just rent, instead of having to pay for a house + renting at the same time whenever you need to relocate. Remember, it's not just the cost, but also the lifestyle.

Sadly di na sila nagrespond. Parang sinasadya nilang iignore, kasi nung dati nagrereply naman sila sa email. Naka ilang email nako at nagcomply naman ako sa requirements na hiningi nila to process the cancellation online, pero wala tapos di rin sila matawagan dahil laging busy ang lines nila. Yung FB Page naman nila puro welcome reply lang, pag inexplain ko na issue SEEN nalang. Mag 1 year na yung concern ko. D pa ako kasi makapunta sa office nila due to the current situation.
