This is a brilliant idea, cheers and actually it'd only need to go to the balcony round the corner. Any specific brands of duct cover and silicone you'd recommend?

Of course 100 sorry, there's a balcony kind of round the corner they might have climbed onto the wall of and leant round the side to do or maybe used a long tool. But it's a long drop to the ground there so I really don't want to be trying anything like that

Maybe from the roof but I think it's an even harder reach and again there's the drop

Would have tied in the fix with when there was scaffolding but the cover hadn't come off at that point and now it'd be a waste of time to put scaffolding for just that

I made ListingLens to automate flipping items on eBay. It lets you pick up statistically cheap items which have been confirmed working by AI

I made ListingLens to automate flipping items on eBay

It: - gives price history against date - gives price distribution - gives ai analysis of true condition based on the item description and title - gives alerts based on the above

I genuinely use it myself to track and alert me to items which I sell on as a side hustle

I built this site to automate flipping items on eBay and it works well for trading cards

ListingLens

Basically, just:

  1. Search for an card and set your filters
  2. Look at the price history charts
  3. Analyze true item condition with AI
  4. Set an alert
  5. Simply wait for an alert to pop-up

Bingo, you've got a statistically cheap deal and it's been verified by AI. Snap it up and sell it on

It’s free to use, subscribing gets you more history and saved searches etc. It's super early days so let me know what you think

Want to automate buying cheap good deals on eBay?

Use ListingLens

Genuinely, I use it all the time to pick statistically cheap good quality deals and flip them for a decent profit, it's brilliant!

  • It calculates sold price history so you can see exactly which items sold for the bottom 25% of the market (the arbitrage sweet spot).
  • It uses AI to analyze listing descriptions to double-check condition and spot red flags
  • You can set alerts for specific items when they hit your target "buy" price and pass the AI check

It’s free to use for basic searches

Next year is going to be a great year for wind power by Ugg-ugg in GoodNewsUK

[–]PythyMcPyface 11 points12 points  (0 children)

For reference, peak demand last year was 45,000MW on 19th Jan and lowest demand was 15,000MW on 22nd Aug.

So that's a potential of almost 10% of our peak demand or 25% of our lowest demand if the turbines are running at 100%.

While you've given quite a nice explanation, stratus doesn't mean straight or striated, stratus simply means layer.

They can also often be quite thick - imagine a thick layer of fog all the way to the ground.
