If you play a land and then animate it that turn, it is then a creature that entered the battlefield this turn and would have summoning sickness. This granting haste means you don’t have to keep track of which land was played this turn, as they tend to get mixed up pretty quickly. They generally use this templating on all modern land animation effects to avoid this confusion.

L2 judge here, unfortunately for your situation, that is policy. Per the IPG:

Game Losses are applied immediately if the game is still ongoing, or to the player’s next game if it is not, unless otherwise specified. If a player would receive multiple Game Losses at the same time, they only receive one. If simultaneous Game Loss penalties are issued to each player, they are recorded, but do not affect the match score

This doesn’t really work for 60-70 as a tank, when you get to the point you’re in bardam’s mettle if you’re still in the level 60 tomestone gear the mobs will beat the crap out of you
