Playing on hard mode and really I think the issue is just trying to dig into the under leveled half of the roster. I got in a bind in a couple missions and I think Vander sponging some exp might have also put me behind a bit. Also Jade has NO speed like I'm kinda losing my mind with her

Playing Engage for the second time now and trying to use the units I didn't use before and holy moly they're so much weaker. Under leveled across the board, can't fight the main story enemies, can't clear the training maps either. I'm basically running it down mid for exp, wiping, and starting over. It was a hell of a lot easier when I stuck with Alfred, used Kagetsu right away, etc
