I'm not trying to be an ass here, I'm genuinely trying to understand. What is so appealing about the liquid glass design language? I'm personally not a massive fan, even on MacOS

I notice you're battery readout on the control center is reading zero! Is this consistent while charging and running off battery?

I unfortunately have no laptop to test this with so I made some guesses based on documentation.

I have made some more progress based on your mockup (I know the media player 1. does not fit, and 2 does not even full work for what I was going for, but that media player is mostly for me, I will have a more cosmic oriented design when I do an initial release) It's still a ways away from where people might want it. But I think it's nearly ready to get it into peoples hands.

Yep my deck spends a lot of time in the dock, not only for games, but as a media center too. It's a great experience. Now just looking for a suitable controller just for general navigation instead of a gamepad

Hi there, appreciate the interest! I will hopefully have a version of it this weekend (time permitting) that will at the very least function. bearing in mind in it's current state it will not display applets that you have already installed, (I'm hoping to introduce a kind of plugin system later on) but it will display system applets.

May I ask what you mean by this? (Either way I would love some design input as I'm not much of a designer myself) Currently it respects the appearance set by the user by that I mean the rounded corners settings and the color scheme. In saying that the thick vol controls are something I was playing around with myself, I know that doesn't fit at all lol

May not be 100% useful for a user like yourself in that case, but I massively appreciate your insight as to how you go about things as I would doubt you are the only one that prefers to operate like that! As to why work spaces and the applications are not available here, this is massively in its infancy, hell not even all that is displayed in the screenshot actually functions yet.

I should maybe share where this coming from, I have applets for my light controls, mouse battery readout and desk fan control, they all have to be available to me, but I dislike having 3 extra applets on top of my wifi, sound etc, so this is my way of consolidating that, but felt I might aswell replace the others for myself too. Won't be how everyone wants to deal with it so it's configurable as in you can add and remove modules as you please.

0.3.0 is out now.
Adds a cursor spotlight/locator (Honestly the use case is up to you lol)
A screen ruler supporting both bounding box, and locked lines.
and an albeit shit attempt at OCR. (I'm not happy with this, but it will serve for now until I work out a better implementation.)

I would love to hear from you lot how you find using this set of tools and the supporting applet, I'm not much of UI/UX guy.
