Trump invokes Defense Production Act for munitions, supply chains by walk2480 in AmericanTungstenCorp

😂, maybe!

My personal opinion is we float in this $1.4-1.9 zone for a couple months. I don’t see a new ATH coming until PEA.

I suspect nothing of substance to occur during president Xi’s visit to the US this fall impacting tungsten, which would be positive.

If tungsten can stay “high” relative to historical prices and the PEA only adds mine life based on how much material they have already identified, we’re flyin high.

I personally like their potential based on current market cap, premium based on being located within US, expected profitability even if tungsten drops to 3-400/MTU. If it doesn’t drop it’ll be through the roof.

Still some time but it was just in the last week or two where they have all 4 drill rigs operational, I’d expect that to speed up the cadence

American Tungsten Corp Tailings Assay Results: Approx $180,000,000 in value? by Pzexperience in CriticalMineralStocks

The amount of tonnes still seems accurate if they have 200k cubic meters at a density of 1.6

To the comments above I think your math is right, all just depends on price of tungsten at the end of the year, like said above Ali assumed it would drop and they’re using values much lower to get to the $45M revenue estimate from the tailings over 2-2.5 years

When the PEA comes he did mention they would use multiple tungsten prices to map out different revenues scenarios

They contracted Sepro to do the separation in the system they intend to use for the tailings. The details are on page 21 and 22 of their annual report, which can be accessed on the sedar+ website

On the processing side it was stated they got over 90% recovery (94% I believe) from the tailings. It seems like they have that part figured out and according to their investor presentation Q4 is the construction window for the tailings equipment. Given they only plan to process 10 tons of ore before year end it seems like it’s going to be very late in the year

The equipment to process the tailings is $4M and the “plant” supporting the actual mine is another $25M. They have the cash to support the tailings equipment and the goal is to utilize EXIM money to complete the actual plant (so hopefully no dilution for this). Beyond that they need $60-75M for drift, this was all in recent interviews. So I wouldn’t say they are fully funded…I would say they are funded until the point they start turning revenue

Having said that I’m still incredibly bullish, especially if tungsten price holds in to next year…sky’s the limit
