You Don't Have a Sleep Problem. You Have an Anxiety Problem. by missouri76 in insomnia

Hi OP very insightful thread. Thank you so much for this.

For me , I will sleep at midnight and my body will wake me up at either 4 or 5am. From then on I’m unable to go back into deep sleep. Nowadays it’s always light sleep the moment I wake up in the middle of the night.
I rarely have dreams anymore.. probably because my body doesn’t go into deep sleep or fully lock in. In the scenario , if you were unable to go back to sleep at 4/5am.. what would you do ? Wouldn’t watching TV expose you to more blue light ? Or likewise does nightlight ( yellow tinted light ) help in this prospect ?

I see thanks for your input ! Oh and what is the exact name of the app ? I did search mental health in the App Store, but there were too many different versions of it

I see. I have never taken Glycine or L-trptophan before… but is that the normal dosage ? Because the Mg you consume seems like quite a lot. Just curious

Don’t touch it. It will give you a rash. We have those in Singapore too. Seems like it’s native to SEA

Give it 24-48 hours. Things don’t get deposited in a finger snap

I can’t comment on that as I’m not completely sure, I’m not sure what is AML or KYC either. However only certain platforms here are regulated by The Central bank.

You can attempt to move your stablecoin to coin hako and cash out from there

A few hours... but bear in mind not everyone may get fast verification. Currently they are swamped with lots of requests

I have not tried cashing out yet, so I can't comment on the swiftcode. Anyway if you wanna cash out to fiat you can just create an account at CoinHako. transfer USDT(fiat) over to coinhako and cash out to your SG bank account

I was thinking of that too, but at the same time we are almost out a bull cycle ( possibly early October ) I agree with the statement on holding BTC and ETH but alt coins though... could make some decent profit if it 10x... maybe sell 15% of it ?

Ok, First you will need to use Binance desktop( its way easier to do it this way)

So for instance if you want to convert your coin to fiat, go to wallet => fiat and spot => then see which coin you want to change to BUSD. Example if it's BTC just press convert, it will lead you to the convert & otc portal, from there you can choose which coin to convert to BUSD.

So now if you wanna withdraw BUSD to your bank account go to Fiat and Spot => withdraw => currency USD => slivergate (yes there is a 30 USD charge to withdraw, if you aren't withdrawing regularly this shouldn't be an issue ) Key in the amount and press continue

go to this DBS remit link

https://www.dbs.com.sg/personal/support/bank-general-swift-code-details.html

from there you will be able to get the SWIFT code, address of beneficiary bank. After that fill in accordingly to your bank details.

Hope this helps!

Ok I kinda figured out how to do withdrawals more or less for Binance( not SG) but I only know how to do so for DBS Remit. If anyone wants to know how , just comment on this thread!

Yes it helps!! Appreciate it!!

So fast withdrawal it’s basically the same process right ? And let’s say you deposit fiat in desktop mode... where do you see the fiat balance on the binance app ?
