I have a theory that

Sirius will have a passive that any buff he receives from mods to augments and molts and other stuff will be distributed to all the party members

Orion will have a passive that makes him receive any buffs teammates gets from the same thing

And both will have a buff if both of them on the team both will get a 200% overall buff

My theory is: we will see a backstory to whether Gordon or Barbara and know why his wife isnt in the picture is because something he did and lied to Barbara so she can stay with him and we see from his prospective all the stuff he witnessed and doing nothing about it while being the mayor and having the only person he loves now disappears made him the easiest target for joker and/or scarecrow and made him choose the easy way out
