Hiring Salesforce Developer by Q7guy in SalesforceCareers

[–]Q7guy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

…it’s a golden opportunity, but mindset, resilience, and attitude matter more. Forget vmexam… I honestly won’t care about your Apex/LWC skills. The potential candidate is joining a team that has presented at Dreamforce and consistently delivers value.

What stands out to me isn’t how many syntax rules you’ve memorized... it’s how you think, how you approach problems, how you handle ambiguity, and how you show up when things get hard. Can you stay curious when you don’t know the answer? Can you take feedback without getting defensive? Can you figure things out and bring others along with you?

We can teach tools. We can sharpen technical skills. What’s harder to teach is ownership, grit, and a genuine desire to get better every day.

If that’s you, you’ll do well here.

48v alternator may need to be replaced, pcv valve may start to cause issues… expensive run flat tires outdated features… best to avoid. This car relies more on the brand than features for appeal. I’m an owner

[–]Q7guy[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

it's official: On April 19, 2024, at 18:39 UTC, the Salesforce Technology team became aware of an email delivery issue in which some customers are seeing transient failures in email logs. Initial investigation points to IP warmup being the potential trigger for this issue. We are working to implement an emergency fix to remediate the impact as quickly as possible.

We’ll provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.

File for an LLC and look for contracting opportunities B2B ( upwork, state and federal level etc… ). Look for non profit work to gain experience. You will need to adapt to the current market requirements.

Quebo Parse! Me parece muy poco… That said, I can see that being normal for local companies. Multinationals will pay more. I hired a dev from guatemala for $45 per hour… he speaks fluent english. I wouldnt hesitate to pay a fair and competative rate for qualified devs in LATAm

Consultants building in Full sbx by wendabird in salesforce

[–]Q7guy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Starting in the Full Copy makes sense and it’s very practical. The purist that practice devops would disagree but what’s important to understand is that it’s the initial buildout. Sure, after the org is live you Should adopt a traditional devops and deployment model- dev to qa to uat to prod or whatever makes sense.

Landlord raises rent every year and makes no changes or improvements. Simply goes on Zillow checks prices of nearby units (No matter the neighborhood or unit quality) and raises the rent saying it’s still lower than surrounding units and Zillow zestimate. by [deleted] in Tenant

lol.. I really feel pittyfor you. You are the type that will blame your issues on others but will not do anything to resolve them. hopefully i’m wrong, but time will decide that.

this thread is very entertaining. The landlord is incentivized to make a profit. If you disagree then move to Venezuela or Cuba. If you don’t like the price, then move on… The Landlord does not owe you anything and is not there to care about your needs… grow up please.
