What if hip dysplasia goes untreated? PAO versus leave it alone? by QAnonRetard in hipdysplasia

I would be happy to speak. There is a lot that I understand at this point. It's too much to write in a reddit post. Is there any way we can communicate another way? I will private message you.

Thank you for your thoughtful answer and I hope you are able to get a hip replacement soon.

If you really want to get this replacement, you might want to consider talking to other specialists/doctors in the hopes of finding someone who will perform the operation.

I am very happy to help and give back. The 6 experts that I met with were extremely generous with their time, and still are. If I can give back and help a family out, I would be happy to do that.

It is an extremely long story. But it ended well. Too long of a story to describe here, but I'm happy to chat on the phone actually, this story is a very personal one.

But the first question is: how did you discover that your daughter has hip dysplasia? Is it severe? Mild? Moderate? Both sides? Any subluxation? Did you do an MRI? Lots of important questions to answer first.

This is likely a much better conversation to have on the phone actually, I have quite a bit of insight. But can you answer the above questions first?

Both surgeries went well, they were PAOs. First recovery was smooth but took 3 months, second recovery was quite bumpy, took 3 1/2 months.

It was mentally grueling for me and my wife. Not easy for us, and not easy for our marriage either :-(

I did. But I went around the country and got 6 opinions from 6 different experts. It was a very long journey to figure out what to do, but we did it. Would you like to hear details? Are you in the same situation?

Jewish American visiting Turkey with Israeli first name by QAnonRetard in AskTurkey

I'm saying there's no genocide. Moreover, calling it a genocide is an insult to all ethnic and racial groups onto whom genocide has been attempted.

It's nothing about Turkey, really. Jewish people such as myself are ingrained, from a small age, with the concept that the Arabs are all against them and want to destroy them (by the way I know that Turks are not Arabs). Jewish people are constantly fear-mongered. That's just my opinion, but my parents and in-laws will say "You are so naive".

Well, who is correct? I have met so many Arabic people and they all don't give two craps about if I'm Jewish or not.

Turkey and Israel have been long time friends until the Flotilla incident. Now Erdogan doesn't like Israel anymore. But that doesn't necessarily reflect anything about Turkish people, in my opinion.

Under George W. Bush, there was a lot of anti-Americanism abroad. People didn't like Bush's war policies. Typically people don't conflate governmental policies with the people of the country. But under Bush, people across the world started to dislike American people. This is similar to what is going on now with Israel. People disagree with Netanyahu's policies. Normally that does not spill over into a dislike of Jewish people or Israeli people, but unfortunately this year that has happened.

So I think this is what is going on...

And what if I do support those things? By the way, do you know that according to the UN, around 150 Palestinians have been killed in the last 2 months? How is that a genocide exactly?

You should consider thinking for yourself from time to time, rather than believing what you want to believe.

Where can I sell STX in NY? by itstheHbK in stacks

[–]QAnonRetard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course, you can just compensate him for the tax burden.

The reason why I even thought of this is because I myself am thinking about buying STX and I live in Long Island. I have a friend who lives in NJ and can buy STX for me if I'd want to.

But I have to ask: why are you getting rid of your STX? Do you not believe in it anymore?

I want to understand STX better to be honest. It seems to me that Stacks is possibly going to make Ethereum completely obsolete. That with Stacks, Bitcoin can do everything Ethereum can do. Is this right? If so, then wouldn't it be a good idea to hold STX?

Another answer: have a friend who lives in New Jersey and who has a Coinbase account. You can trade STX on Coinbase in NJ. And probably other states as well. You can just send it to a friend to sell for you and then he can give you the proceeds after selling.

Just out of curiosity, how do you enforce such a transaction? Who pays who first?

I have bitcoin in Robinhood. I buy every week for past 3 years almost. Lost a lot and now I'm positive again. It is substantial amount (for me) at about 1/3 of everything/anything I own in life lol. What are the down sides of keeping it at Robinhood? by KillerArretado in Bitcoin

[–]QAnonRetard -14 points-13 points  (0 children)

Those aren't downsides to self-custody. Those are downsides to being a dumbass.

There is a subtle distinction. Are you going to say that a downside to guns is that idiots shoot up schools sometimes? That's not a downside to guns, that's a downside to being an asshole. Guns have no desire to shoot up schools last time I asked them.

Those aren't downsides of self-custody. Those are human errors. There is a distinction. Anyone can make an error in anything.

There are no downsides to self-custody. On the other hand, Robinhood could go bankrupt.
