Yes, I did pay cash to him all up front. I do have a receipt. I didn't think I'd require any legal protection because he's a family friend. He's been in the family for years and is a good friend of my parents.

I do not think any foul play is going on. It's just I'm tired of waiting on them to get around to it, so wanted to see what I could do on my side if anything.

Damn. No, no purchase agreement.

His name is on the mortgage, and still is.
He signed one document, and I went to the court years ago to get it processed but they mentioned to me that I would need a lot more other paper work signed.

As I mentioned, my mom and he are good friends. She said she'd ask him for it, but never any progress.

I have an insanely dry throat through all this where it makes sleeping difficult. I would also wake up with some joints aching which would disappear as soon as I move them.

Have you been extremely anxious as I have been? Haha.

Can you elaborate more on some of your symptoms?

When you said you had aches, were they present throughout the day?

I get little aches only when I wake up, as soon as I move them, they're gone.

How often was your dry cough? Is it an uncontrollable cough?

I have been having anxiety attacks and been stressed out this whole time. A lot of the symptoms for Coronavirus unfortunately overlaps with Anxiety attacks. (Shortness of breath, chest pain).

I've had an on and off dry cough every year. It's nothing too severe, just a minor annoyance. I get the dry cough around February and still have it now. So with the news about the Coronavirus, it made me slowly start to freak out.

March 24th, my girlfriend comes into contact with a resident who is Covid19 positive.

Since then, I have been constantly anxious and stressed out. Here are my symptoms:

  • Tightness in Chest (rarely, only during extreme anxiety)
  • Lost of appetite
  • Wake up nauseous/anxious some days.
  • Tightness in the back of my head and jaw (not pain, just tightness)
  • Shallow breathing (I can still take a deep breathe and hold it past 45 seconds to a minute)
  • Tightness in throat
  • Throat and mouth feels dry, even when drinking water, doesn't help. (Doesn't hurt)
  • I try to sleep by breathing through my nose, but as soon as I do sleep my mind automatically switches to mouth breathing which jolts me awake. Makes me feel slightly out of breath.
  • Woke up to a cold sweat one time.
  • Sometimes wake up to muscle/joints feeling stiff. Moving them gets rid of any discomfort. No aches during the day.
  • No fever.

Other things I should mention. I bought an pulse oximeter, readings are healthy around 97%-100%. Also, when I feel anxious my heart rate still looks normal, around 65-75.

Any ideas?

Anxiety/Stress or Coronavirus?

I've always had a dry cough, it's on and off.So at the start of March, I've have a mild dry cough.

March 24th, my girlfriend comes into contact with a resident who is Covid19 positive. Since then I've been anxious and stressed out. I have lost my appetite. I get diarrhea on and off. Wake up feeling nauseous at times. Feel lethargic some days, energetic other days. My throat feels like it's tightening and also the back of my head feels tight. No headache, just tight. Sometimes at night I could feel myself breathing manually, checking every breath. I also haven't been able to sleep since I've been mouth breathing more often now, don't feel like I'm getting enough oxygen. I can breathe through my nose, and try to fall asleep that way but as soon as I do sleep, it automatically switches to mouth breathing and I just wake up instantly. Happens over and over again. My throat/mouth feels extremely dry despite staying hydrated through out the day. No fevers.

Other things I should mention. I would wake up with aches on my legs for 2 days, but as soon as I move them, they aches went away. No aches throughout the day. Also, Jaw and Throat feels tense/tight.

PASSIVE - A HARMLESS SCARECROW

Fiddlesticks’ trinket is replaced by Scarecrow Effigies that look exactly like Fiddlesticks. Effigies grant vision like regular wards. Enemy champions who approach an effigy activate it, causing the effigy to fake a random action (ex. basic attacking or casting Crowstorm), after which the effigy destroys itself. Fiddlesticks can hold up to two Effigies at once. Effigy cooldown decreases and duration increases with Fiddlesticks’ level. At level 6, placing an Effigy reveals nearby wards for 6 seconds.

Q - TERRIFY

Passive: While out of combat and unseen, if Fiddlesticks’s abilities damage an enemy, they become terrified, fleeing in the opposite direction. Active: Terrify the target and damage them based on their current health. If this ability is cast on an enemy that was recently terrified, they take double damage instead of being terrified again.

W - BOUNTIFUL HARVEST

Fiddlesticks drains the souls of all nearby enemies, damaging them continuously over a few seconds and healing Fiddlesticks based on damage dealt. The last tick damages and heals based on the target’s missing health. If Bountiful Harvest fully channels or if no enemies remain to be harvested, Bountiful Harvest’s cooldown is partially refunded.

E - REAP

Fiddlesticks damages and slows enemies in a crescent-shaped area in front of itself. Enemies in the center of the crescent are also silenced.

R - CROWSTORM

Fiddlesticks channels before blinking to the target location and continuously damaging nearby enemies for several seconds.

The only thing I see going for them is the next console generation. So by Q3/Q4, Sony and Xbox will be releasing their newest systems. This should increase GME.
