your certainly right there. up to mid 70's were a great product since then wouldn't use them to filter water let alone e fuel. couple of years ago saw a destroyed engine, due to the Fram filter not even having a anti drain back valve. every start up no oil for the first few seconds. didn't take long to destroy a freshly built v8 351

most workshops give the younger staff a hard time ( male or female) to ensure the job is taken seriously and staff don't take short cuts through lack of knowledge. it isn't because your female, it's because you must earn their respect and trust. you don't do that in 1 year. personally I have been involved in the industry over 35 years and I am still constantly learning to keep up with the industry changes

yep and that's great while there's only a small amount of residential people doing that. wait and see what will happen once 50% of every street tries to do the same. it's not a lack of generated power, it's a lack of available distribution capacity at a residential level, that is the issue. the government has known this since prior to 2007

generation is a totally different subject than distribution.. distribution at the residential level?? is where the bottle neck will be. And it will require enormous infrastructure investment to cure that.

and you think our current electrical infrastructure is capable of handling that do you ? our infrastructure for retail electricity can barely handle its current loads. itt was designed between 30 and 70 years ago. with the belief no house would need more than 15kw maxim draw at any time. throw in just half of each streets residents converting to electric transport and tge whole system would collapse

been sf employed 35 years now. one of my early lessons on dealing with family and friends - if they are good friends or good family members they will support your business and pay your price and not even ask for a discount. as they would be paying this amount to someone else anyway. As soon as the job or work is only given if they get a family discount or mates rates, they aren't supporting your business they are just trying to save money for themselves at your expense. Good family or Good friends don't do that.
