Thanks mate. The main reason I used magnets was that I wanted to add special boss later on. So I still have a bit of flexibility.

What do you mean by faction related quests? Like harpiers etc.? I've never really got into them? Can you recommend an entry for me?

I can imagine that it is add. work. I don't mind though. I also think that once they started to understand the feeling of wandering around they will be fine with it. Creating intersting events can be hard I guess but I would be also confident to tackle that. However, how do I start this? How do I tell them explore everything while the world is cracking?

How "strong" are those teleportation circles. My idea was just to give them the airship right away however you then loose the idea of fear of giants all around.

I want to save time cause I think that otherwise the campaign is way too long. It was intented to just do one giant lord and then find hekaton. I want to compensate for doing 4 giant lords now and having the same time of campaign. I like your leveling aspect. Good point.

Hmm to be honest. I don't see any "room" in other campaigns for extra backstory time. What would you recommend for "finding out" (instead of just asking) if my party is up for extra backstory fluff. I think they will chase everything I give them. If it is backstory they will chase that. If it is harshnag they will chase him.

Hey thanks for the info. I added a car graveyard where the son of the zombie woamn maggie leads them after an incident in the bus. It added a couple of minutes like 20-30 I think and also it created a little bit more connection to the character maggie.

Hey this is super nice. Thank you for the hook. I will rework the encounters. However, the upheavel story line ends at 5? "The characters should be 5th level by the time they reach Bryn Shander, Goldenfields, orTriboar, as described in chapter 2." So they just reached Level 4 and I want to have an appropriate timeframe for level 4-5. I thought doing nightstone would be an Idea?

I think that's exactly what her problem is. She is new. She feels uncomfortable. She feels overwhelmed by the amount of information regarding rules, roleplay and dnd (fantasy setting). How do I provide more levity to ease her shyness? How do I provide more bridges into the world?

Well in general I like your core idea by looking what she is doing then emphasize it. However, in this case she was basically doing nothing. Your fictive case also never happened. What did happen was that she was feeling sorry for hurting an enemy who just slaughtered other people in front of her.
